The right heating, cooling and mixing conditions are made very easy with our Temperature Control and Mixing instruments. We also understand that slight deviations in temperature and mixing frequency of your samples can affect their reaction conditions and may lead to non-reproducible results. To guarantee you the precise function of the Eppendorf ThermoMixer® , MixMate® and ThermoStat instruments we offer manufacturer designed maintenance services. Our certification services support your Quality Management requirements with Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Preventive Maintenance
Eppendorf offers a choice of preventive maintenance services and service agreement options for consistent instrument performance and confidence in safety.

Our new comprehensive service agreements
- "AdvancedCare" includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; 20 % discount on parts, labor and travel; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
- "PremiumCare" includes a full annual preventive maintenance service program for assured instrument reliability and uptime; unlimited travel, spare parts and labor on repairs included in the agreement; 10 % discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period
Our preventive maintenance only services
- "Preventive Maintenance" includes all preventive maintenance services to keep the instrument in accordance with the manufacturer specifications
Calibration Services
Calibration and verification services assure the precision and accuracy of an instrument according to defined parameter (temperature) specifications.
Qualification Services
New: IQ/OQ GxP: For customers working in regulated environments we now offer our specifically created and revised Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification services including GxP compliant documentation. These provide you with qualified assurance that your instrument is not only functioning correctly, but also in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
